Please examine all shipments carefully upon reception. All damages claims should be reported within 10 working days. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Orders may be returned for exchange or credit note, provided they are in brand new condition.
Please contact us by telephone or email to inform us of your intent to return an item. Items must have all tags, and be returned in proper box. Returns must be within 10 working days. Wrong size will not be refunded. Refunds or credit notes are from purchase price only.
We cannot refund the shipping cost in either direction. If any other expenses happen to appear, you will be responsible for the extra charges.
Customized items are not refundable or exchangeable.
